Eau Bistro
Eau Bistro’s menu is the vision of Chef de Cuisine Joe Sanders.  It is a combination of traditional American cuisine with eclectic salads and small plates, ultimately creating a menu with a uniquely fresh accent – enhanced by locally grown and organic produce and a 300-bottle wine list.

The space makes a bold statement. From the vibrant décor to the intriguing open kitchen, this 180-seat dining showplace will delight you with artistic culinary creations for breakfast and dinner.

The centerpiece of the restaurant is the coveted Chef’s Table. With seats for up to eight guests, it is an intimate venue for enjoying custom meals or five-course tastings. Like the Eau Bistro menu, these tastings are offered on a nightly basis and change regularly.

For private gatherings the Wine Room at Eau Bistro accommodates up to 40 guests in gracious style. This space is perfect for dinner meetings, rehearsal dinners and celebrations. Please contact Eau Bistro in regards to booking the Wine Room for your next event!

Café Eau
Located on the south side of the main lobby is a dining spot with an eclectic energy that has made it a popular Saint Louis dining and nightlife destination. Café Eau features singular touches such as a fabulous ice bar that keeps liquid refreshments perfectly chilled, expansive bar and patio space, and an outdoor fireplace – all with an interior that glows as warm as an evening in Paris. On Friday and Saturday nights, add spice to your meal with live musical entertainment from 9 pm until 1 am.

Chaser’s Lounge
Steps away from our cinema, overlooking the pool and patio, Chaser’s Lounge is an intimate alcove that offers a sophisticated setting for enjoying drinks and appetizers. Stop by for a drink and a quiet conversation, or musical entertainment at the piano on select evenings.

Marquee Café
For breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert, the Marquee Café transforms casual dining into a special occasion. Conveniently located across from the cinema box office, it features a menu of seasonal American favorites with something to appeal to every taste. Wireless Internet access is also available, in the event that you need to combine a bit of work with your meal. For a quick bite before a movie or a delightful dining experience any time, the Marquee Café is always a welcome suggestion.
