FAQs

  • Is parking available at Zoo?

Yes. The St. Louis Zoo features two all-day parking lots: North Lot on Government Drive and South Lot on Wells Drive. Parking is $15 per vehicle. If the main parking lots fill up, adjacent lots on Berthold Avenue at the zoo's expansion site will be opened. These adjacent lots cost $5 per vehicle, but the zoo does not offer shuttles to the zoo's entrance. Limited street parking may also be available near Forest Park.
  • Are there places to eat at the St. Louis Zoo?

The St. Louis Zoo offers plenty of onsite dining options for its visitors. From St. Louis originals like toasted ravioli, to salad bars and healthy wraps, the variety of dining choices are sure to please everyone's palate. The flagship restaurant, the Lakeside Cafe, serves made-to-order breakfasts and fresh-off-the-grill favorites for guests to enjoy inside or on the veranda by the lake. Many of the grills and cafes also serve beer and other adult beverages.
