Santé is more than a gym. Of course, if fitness and exercise are what you desire, our state-of-the-art, 18,000-square-foot fitness facility is your perfect destination. Located in the lower lobby, it offers convenient, complimentary access to Chase Park Plaza guests as well as members.

From our state-of-the-art selection of strength and fitness equipment, to the calming influences of the Mind and Body Studio, Santé is a true sanctuary for health and wellness.

Discover an inviting array of services and classes, including massage therapy, personal training, and personal or group fitness classes for Pilates, cycling, mind-body and more. More than 40 of these classes are offered throughout the week, including 30-minute lunch hour sessions for guests with demanding schedules.

After your fitness session, you’ll find the luxurious locker rooms at Santé an inviting place to cool down and prepare to rejoin the world. Enjoy the superior experience of Aveda Salon and Spa products; then wrap yourself in a fluffy towel and complimentary robe. Fitness never felt so indulgent.

  • Monday through Thursday: 5:30 am – 10 pm
  • Friday: 5:30 am – 9 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am - 7 pm
  • Sunday:  8 am - 6 pm
